In this episode I open up about my own personal journey through recognising my perfectionist ways, and the subsequent impact they’ve had on areas of my life such as decision making, mental health and business. I explore how acknowledging our own tendencies, being thankful for them, but then tweaking them with kindness leads to positive results and a happier life.
I have also selected a handful of tips to share which might support those of you with similar perfectionist tendencies, to harness your desire to set high personal standards, without allowing that to prevent you realising your ambitions.
