fitness and wellbeing guru. Her business, Whoop Fitness & Wellbeing
is an uplifting lifeline for so many who are lucky enough to have
discovered her dance classes, both online and in person.

- From how she fell into psychology, and went onto complete a
degree and masters, and even how she also fell in love with the
idea of dance fitness whilst attending a class herself.
- her vow to never allow things she’d experienced as a member of a
gym class to happen at Whoop classes.
- how she role-models a kind and friendly welcome to each and
every customer who steps into her classes.
- the pivot to online workouts during the pandemic that was enabled
thanks to her fabulous husband, who actually went on to contract
covid, ending up seriously ill in hospital.
